We process an extremely wide range of different materials at our production facility, including glass, aluminium, cladding and sheets of special alloys, and insulating and sealing materials.
The manufacturing process starts with the incoming goods inspection, whereby we conduct a thorough inspection of the supplied materials.
This helps to ensure that we meet the highest quality standards for our clients.
We then cut and process profiles using cutting-edge machinery and sophisticated software.
Thanks to our Industry 4.0 manufacturing process, we can make innovative façades and meet our clients’ specific technical and aesthetic project requirements.
We use CNC machines, for example, to produce all special profiles, cladding elements and customised insulation boards that are built into façades.
Our employees specialise in both lasering and punching, enabling us to execute distinctive projects featuring unique aesthetics.
Our product range also includes high-quality structural sealant glazing façades.
We of course have all the necessary technical licences for the construction of structural sealant glazing systems in the countries in which we operate.
PICHLER is also certified to manufacture curtain walls, doors and windows, escape doors, natural smoke and heat exhaust ventilators (NSHEVs) and various fire protection devices.
